· The cost is usually much less than the other major carriers.
· Saturday delivery.
· Delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
· Priority Mail® is speedy, very reliable, and a great value for customers.
• We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information for any reason.
• During checkout we ask for a phone number; we use it only in rare but important cases such as:
· Example: You placed a rush order to ship a gift to your niece in another state. It turns out the address you provided is not valid. Should we rely on email (and likely delay the
shipment of the order) or would you prefer a phone call and be able to ship the same day?
· Another example: You placed an order for the last-in-stock of a gift item. The credit card data you provided does not authorize (probably a typo). The inventory that you had
reserved (via the order) is now potentially available to another customer. To confirm your credit card information should we contact you via unsecure email, or would you prefer a phone call from our
friendly office staff within the hour?
• We inspect the items you've ordered before we put them in the shipping carton. If it doesn't look right, that particular unit does not ship. Actually, we first inspect items at the wholesale
level upon receiving them; but a final, pre-ship inspection is one practice that we strongly believe in.
• We love making little girls happy. And big girls too: grandmoms, aunts, etc. when they know their loved one has received a quality gift, on-time, and at a reasonable price. To our ballet dads
and boyfriends, your significant others and little loved ones appreciate the care you've shown when they receive a lasting present from us.
