Shipping Policy
• We are located in and ship from Massachusetts, USA, six days per week. Most orders received by 4:00 pm ET weekdays are shipped the same day; we also ship on Saturday mornings. The shipping charge depends on the value of your order, and starts at $5.95. We'll email you a shipping notice as soon as your shipping label has been prepared (which means your order has been packed). We use the US Postal Service for virtually all shipments. Shipments to P.O. Boxes and US Armed Forces addresses are no problem!
• We gladly accept international orders! However at this time only orders to Canada are processed automatically at our online store. For other destinations please fill your cart with your desired items, then let us know by email that your cart is waiting for the shipping charge calculation. We'll promptly reply.
USA
• All Orders: Although most valid orders received by 4:00 pm ET weekdays are shipped the same day, please add 24-48 hours to the in-transit times stated below for us to process and ship your order. This will allow a margin of safety for busy days as well as holidays/weekends.
• Economy Shipping: We use Postal Service Parcel Post® for almost all shipments. In-transit time varies from 2 to 9 business days within the USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The further you are from Massachusetts, the longer it will take to receive your package.
• Priority Shipping: We use Postal Service Priority Mail® for almost all shipments. In-transit time averages 2 to 3 business days within the USA. This method is usually your best value considering cost and delivery speed.
• Express Shipping: We use Postal Service Express Mail® for almost all shipments. In-transit time within the USA is usually one business day but often it is two business days, depending on your local service area. Thus, "Express" does not necessarily mean "Overnight" or "Next Day".

• Welcome! We gladly ship directly to our customers in Japan. Alternatively, we recommended that you ship to our partner, Japan merchandise forwarding service iRiS-MiKA, located in Ohio, USA. Their service is first-class!
Special: For orders of $50 or more (before shipping charge), you may choose to ship to iRiS-MiKA in Ohio free of charge! The shipping fee will be deducted after placing your order.
