Shipping Policy
• We are located in Massachusetts, USA. Most orders received by 4:00 pm Eastern Time weekdays are shipped the same day; we also ship most Saturday mornings. The shipping charge depends on the value of your order, and starts at only $4.95. We'll email you a shipping notice as soon as your shipping label has been prepared (which means your order has been packed). We use the US Postal Service for virtually all shipments. Shipments to P.O. Boxes and US Armed Forces addresses are no problem!
• We gladly accept international orders! However at this time only orders to Canada up to US$100 order subtotal are processed automatically at our online store. For larger orders to Canada and for all other international destinations, please fill your cart with your desired items, then let us know by email that your cart is waiting for the shipping charge calculation. We'll promptly reply.
USA
• All Orders: Orders for in-stock items received by 4:00 pm ET on non-holiday weekdays are generally shipped on the same day. Please add 24-48 hours to the in-transit times stated below just in case (especially at holiday time!). This will allow a margin of safety for busy days as well as for holidays/weekends.
• Ground Shipping (48 states): $5 flat-rate Ground Shipping. That means no matter how much you order, the shipping charge for Ground will stay fixed at only $5.00. We use Postal Service Parcel Post® and First-Class Mail for almost all shipments. In-transit times vary from 2 to 9 business days after we have shipped. The further your destination is from Massachusetts, the longer it will take to receive the package.
• 2 to 3 Day Shipping: See the rate table below. We use Postal Service Priority Mail® for almost all shipments. In-transit times within the lower 48 states average 2 to 3 business days after we have shipped, a bit longer for AK and HI. This method is usually your best value considering cost and delivery speed.
• Rush Shipping: Add $23 to the charge for 2 to 3 Day Shipping (see rate table below). We use Postal Service Express Mail® for almost all shipments. In-transit time is usually one business day after we have shipped but often it is two business days, depending on your local service area. Thus, "Rush" is "express" but does not necessarily mean "Overnight" or "Next Day". Please call us to check in case you have a question.

Canada
• Welcome! We ship via US Postal Service to Canada as follows:
• Economy Shipping is via our choice of First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International. In-transit time varies greatly and may be longer than 10 business days.
• Priority Shipping is via Priority Mail International. In-transit time varies from 6 to 10 business days.
• Express Shipping is via Express Mail International. In-transit time is approximately 5 business days.
• For all shipping methods please add 24-48 hours to the respective in-transit times to allow time to process and ship your order. Note that at this time only orders up to US$100 subtotal are processed automatically at our online store. Customers with larger orders please contact us after filling your shopping cart.
