Returns and Exchanges:

30-day policy.

Returns are easy, and are processed promptly! However you must contact us prior to sending an item back. We cannot pay for your return shipping charge, nor refund the shipping charge on the original order. As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we'll promptly issue a refund for the price you paid for the item(s) (but not for the original shipping charge).

Items must be returned in new, re-sellable condition, in their complete original packaging. They should be packed well, and placed in a sturdy shipping carton to protect them from damage en route. You may use a carrier and shipping method of your choice. We suggest using a service that includes tracking and insuring your shipment to us, as you still own the items until they are safely returned to us.

We accept returns up to 30 days—from the date we shipped the original order to the date you contact us regarding the return.

Exchanges are just as easy. We generally do not charge the second time to re-ship an exchange for a like-item (e.g. a different size or color), though you would still pay to return the undesired item.
